This may be completed by utilizing the "Submit an Application" section and selecting "Vacant Bldg Registration" When Applying Online:
Please go to the “Forms” page on our website to download the application that will need to be filled out and attached to your online submission, along with any supporting documentation.
Homeowners must complete and submit the CE-200 Workers Compensation Exemption form when applying for a building permit. This can be done by following this link.
Please Note:
When entering information (Property Address, OR Owner Name) choose only one option.
If searching by name just enter last name, or if by the property address just enter the number of the address and then select the correct one if several properties are listed.
Please Note: When paying online, there is a fee to use the online submission portal: $3.00 for credit/debit cards and $1.75 for an e-check. (fee charged by processor, not the Village of Johnson City). |
