When Applying Online:

Please go to the Building Department Forms page on our website to download the application that will need to be filled out and attached to your online submission, along with any supporting documentation on cover letter of ALL applications.

Please Note:

When entering information (Property Address, OR Owner Name) choose only one option.

If searching by name just enter last name, or if by the property address just enter the number of the address and then select the correct one if several properties are listed.

Service Fee:

Please Note: When paying online, there will be a service fee charged for using this system.  The fee is not charged nor is it collected by Town of Riverhead, NY, but by the payment processor {Forte}.  The amount of the service fee will be displayed below the payment amount of your bill. By clicking the submit button, you are agreeing to pay this service fee.  Should you have any questions regarding your bill, please call our office at (631) 727-3200.
